Have been over to see my team play on several occasions and only once had a bad experience (0-0 with Lille... terrible game!). For such a huge stadium the fans are very close to the pitch and during big games the atmosphere is electric. The wall of sound when Utd score is deafening and the banter with fellow fans is always good fun! For those not attending a game there is a very impressive and comprehensive stadium tour which will bring you through the dressing rooms and even down the tunnel to the sound of screaming fans!! Around the ground there is not a lot to do and I would advise getting there early as the trains get packed! If you wait near the staff car-park after the game you can catch a glimpse of the stars and they usually stay for about 15 mins signing autographs.close

Was there in January for a match and really enjoyed it am not a footie fanatic and was totally caught up in the experience. Go early and get into the stadium in good time before the match-part of the stadium experience is watching the place fill up-the stadium is huge and its hard to grasp the size when its full! I was lucky as united won the day I was there so it added to the experience. Bit of a nightmare getting back into the city after the match and metro is a bit mental but take your time an its not so bad!close
