The dayshift guy was dull and completely uninterested in what was going on. He was of no help whatsoever. The afternoon shift ladies were very good. It's proximity to Old Trafford should make it a winner every time.close

Had some minor problems with getting the toilet and shower to work optimally, but other than that an overall good stay.

A spacious hotel. Maybe it could be re-vamped a tad as it seemed a bit old fashioned (or was that the style?) Apart from this it is a good hotel

Basic hotel but it had everything that we needed for a cheap w/e away. Location is a bit out of the city but if you are prepared to use public transport this isn't a problem.

Some reception staff didnt seem to give a crap about us, didnt help with our 27kg suit cases, and didnt really know what to do around Manchester. On the other hand one was very friendly and chatty. Great Location, the rooms are large and clean. Would stay there again.

The breakfast was cold . even after complaining, it was still only luke warm. It should have been piping hot
