from beginning by communicating via e-mails, was disappointed about staff, many strict rules and no flexibility at all. Would not recommend - it is better to take a train, and find something in neighbor cities.

7staff was not at all knowledgeable about any tourist activity whatsoever, their answer was always "i dont know", and they never tried to find out...
