Ivan is a really brilliant host. Always ready to help out with any question you may have. I definitely recommend it to anybody who would like to visit Dubrovnik.

I recomend. The staff are very nice. it's near the town, things is there are many steps to get there ....but it ok

I really recommend this hostel. Excelent atmosphere, astonishing ocean wiew, spacious rooms, good service from the owner - and a wery reasonable room rate. Regards Jan E.

Really great place to stay. Ivan and his wife were very hospitable, the room was clean and the view was amazing. I did however have a problem lugging my suitcase up the 100 flight stairway street. Next time I'll know to come from the top of the street.

Ivan was fantastic, going out of his way to make sure we had a great stay and were able to catch our flight. The view is spectacular and the use of the kitchen is great as well. It's a bit far from everything, but the price more than makes up for the walk. Thanks for a great stay!

excellent accomodation, the view from the balcony rooms is breathtaking, a little away from the old town but we liked that, not so many tourists around, the stairs up are a killer but worth it for the view. good value.

From providing us with delicious watermelon to showing us the local hotspots, Ivan did everything in his power to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and recommend it to anyone visiting Dubrovnik. Thanks Ivan!!

Beautiful landscape of the city and harbor. Far away from old town but there are buses regularly. Ivan is a fantastic host. We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Ivan. 100% recommendable if you want a quite and paceful place far away from turists.

Villa Ivan is a good choice if price and basic cleanliness are your priorities. Beware of the location of this accommodation. It is a pleasant 25 minute walk into the old town down loads of steps - we never walked back but took the bus instead because of the July heat. We enjoyed Ivan's very much, we were able to stay an extra day to enjoy Dubrovnik. It was quiet, nice view, clean and homey. We would book again.

Ivan was really helpful, he knew alot about the area and was happy to pick us up from the bus station when we arrived. The view from our apartment was amazing and I would definitely recommend Villa Ivan to anyone staying in Dubrovnik.

I enjoyed my stay very much with the Villa, and the view from the balcony was wonderful. Ivan was so kind to take us to the airport to catch the flight departed at 6:35 early morning!

Probably the best view in Dubrovnik, you can see all over the town, the sea and the islands, and a private balcony to view it all on too! Also very clean and peacefully quiet. Ivan's a brilliant host, giving us lots of advice, free coffee and lifts to the bus station and airport. I recommend you...

Our stay was absolutely amazing. The room was very clean and spacious with a full kitchen for our use. The view was also spectacular. Ivan was very sweet, thoughtful and attentive. He made sure that we knew how to get places and gladly drove us where we needed to be. I would suggest Villa...

Ivan and his family are extremely welcoming. He is more than happy to help give advice on travelling the city, as well the icy cold A/C after a scorching hot day is unreal. The view from the room is breathtaking....We highly recommend Ivan's Villas....
