Close to the bus station but a little farther from the sites. The walk uphill is not too bad and the family is friendly. A safe room to stay in.

Really close to the port & bus station but a bit of a hike up a hill with your backpack. Was worth it though with awesome views of the Port of Dubrovnik.

Beautiful guesthouse. The owner, Melica was lovely, very kind and helpful and her husband drove us to the bus station. We had a lovely apartment with a kitchenette, very clean and spacious. It was very relaxing. We enjoyed our stay very much. Excellent value for money. I highly recommend this...

Host's were really nice, it is as stated a way from old town but you can walk or get a bus no worries. I would recommend to stay here. Please note though you are sharing the family house and they have young kids, they didn't worry me at all.

The outside porch area looked like a good place to pass the time too if only the weather had been better. Not too much interaction with the other guests unless you see them in the little kitchen area, but it's certainly a relaxing place to stay and very convenient for bus station and the market at the bottom of the steps is great.close

I never saw the room I had booked but it was supposed to be a nice double with private bathroom. She was nice but the room we got was really crummy, 2 single beds, and shower outside in the garden. Not what we were hoping for and certainly not for 30 euros. However, hospitality in the crummy place was excellent (no 11 same street).close

We were really astonished by the helpful lady. She is so friendly! She has been so kind to us, and gave us such a nice, clean and big room that I cannot say anything negative. It's situated a bit out of the centre, although it wasn't an issue to us. It's about a 20 minutes walk to the town...

Due to a problem with bookings online we didn't actually stay with Villa Marija itself but the owner sorted us out with another lovely place and went out of her way to help us sort out travel. Very nice people and it was only round the corner from her place and close to the harbour and bus...

It's slighty further from old town than suggested (~30 min walking). For the rest, everything fine, as expected.

Finding the villa is not easy, and involves climbing a significant number of steps from behind the market area. Very welcoming owner and pleasant room.

This was a fantastic place to stay in Dubrovnik. It is accomodation with the family, but boarders had a level of their own and as much privacy as they want. The family were extremely hospitable, even when we arrived at 4am when our bus broke down. A lovely host and great accomodation.

The host are such nice people and extremely helpful as well. I highly recommend even though it is a bit far from the centre, which is actually a relieve when you see how crowded the old town is. Overall a decent, clean guest house where the hosts are superb.
