Sinistaj rooms are located near the port of Gruz and main bus station. We offer a 2 single rooms and 1 double room with shared bathroom. The rooms are air-conditioned and they have balcony with a beautiful view of Gruz port and Lapad peninsula. There is also a big terrace with lots of flowers and beautiful view of the sea and parts of Dubrovnik. A bank, post office, supermarket, main bus terminal and other services you might need are all located in Gruz and can be reached by foot. The Old town of Dubrovnik can be reached with a pleasant 20 minutes walk or by regular public buses. The bus station is away about 100 m from our rooms. Our warm hospitality will enable you to spend memorable holidays in Dubrovnik and Sinistaj rooms. While staying at Sinistaj rooms, you will have the option to visit monuments, museums, art galleries, beaches, Islands Lokrum, Kalamota, Sipan and many other interesting places. We also offer you a boat excursion and fishing. The personal service and warm hospitality will enable you to spend memorable holidays in Dubrovnik. A real family atmosphere. You are welcomed and feel part of the life and history of the town, by some lovely people, for whom nothing is to much trouble.

the couple who lived there where very nice. we were offered to be collected from bus station and brought us places when we did not no were we were going, the rooms were excellent and the view is out of this world

the bus station is quite a hike from the apartment its a vertical 100meters. josef and his wife were more than accomadating so friendly and helpful, a true croatian experience.

Our stay at Sinistaj Rooms was awesome! We were welcomed with open arms by the owners and made to feel right at home! I would recommend it for anyone looking to get a taste of Croatian life off the beaten path, such as figs and nut brandy for breakfast and grilled fish for dinner. Thumbs up!!

I loved the hostel. I was traveling alone and Josep and Sonja really took care of me. I recommend this to anyone. You feel very secure. They are more then helpful and everything was very clean. They give you coffee and fruit in the morning and sometimes wine and dinner.

Josef and Sonja were just wonderful! They were so attentive and sweet. It felt like a home away from home! If you want a relaxed and affordable room in Dubrovnik this is the place for you! (They offer you home made grappa before you even walk in the door! amazing!)

I wasn't able to stay in this hostel, as my plans changed last minute, but the owner was very kind and accomodating. He didn't charge me for the last minute cancellation, and he was very good at responding to emails (in English). He also offered to to pick me up at the bust station or...
