This was the BEST hostel we've stayed in Europe thus far!!! Anka was amazing, the place was immaculate, and the location was out of this world. If we come back, we would definitely stay here again!

Anke was the most amazing host ever, helping us sort out a ferry transfer to Korcula and then letting us leave bags and sorting out an airport transfer 2 weeks later! An amazing woman whose hospitality was the best we experienced in Croatia.

When we arrived they didn't have a room for us so took us to other accomodation. The room they gave us was in Old Town and was very nice and clean. Just annoying carrying bags somewhere else when it's hot!

Darling Anka was very friendly and gave us very nice tips about Dubrovnik. Our room wasn't in the adress they gave us so we get a little scared. But after all it was better located, right in the center of the city. It was a little but very nice room.

It was very calm and clean. It's location is also very good. near the old city and bus stop. Just be careful the way go back to the main bus station it could be some traffic. But out of this it is nearly perfect.

An awesome place however feel it was far too expensive considering how much accommodation is available. We were offered similar location, similar standards at half the price on arrival. Also, the room was suppose to be one with a private bathroom, this was not the case and as a result we shared a shower that only had enough hot water for one person to shower, and when you are one of 8 staying there this is very annoying. Again, especially at the price you pay.close

This was a great guesthouse in a great location. The owner was friendly and welcoming. Good AC and charming room made our stay comfortable in the otherwise hot and overcrowded city. Excellent location just outside of the Old Town. Heartful and helpful owner. Nice double room with good air conditioning. Nice terrace with view.

Not the most comfortable in the world and facilities aren't the best but the location was spot on and the lady who met us was very nice "darling!". Think our booking was changed from Guesthouse Peter to another due to numbers or some such.

I would totally recommend this place and definitely return. We loved it and even stayed an extra night. Top location by the Pile Gate, good facilites and lovely crazy landlady who was very helpful.

We were really happy with the apt we ended up getting. Guesthouse Peter was overbooked, but Anka (the manager) took us to another apt she had available inside the old city walls so she made sure we were comfortable and was very accommodating.

Everything was great. I'd stay there again. The directions should say turn left after the mini-market. Then just follow the alley around to #4. You'll see the "Guesthouse Peter" sticker in the window.

Excellent place - only 2 mins walk to the Pile Gate. Anja and Darko are lovely hosts and will do airport pickups for 25 Euros - well worth it. The house is comfy, homey with a great rooftop terrace with view of the old city walls. Call when you get into town to be let in, butwe didn't have reception. which meant a walk down the hill to buy a phone card and up to the post office to make the call. not fun with packs. other than that great location.
