Dear guests, we are small family on small island of Sipan (close to Dubrovnik) for a great vacation. In our guesthouse we offer our guests accommodation in rooms with bathroom and kitchen, fishing trips and healthy food from our gardens and fields (olives, olive oil, wine, tomatoes, potatoes,...)which guests can pick and prepare for free. Our guests also can enjoy in clean sea and unspoiled nature and have a chance to see the cultural heritage of the our island, (more than 33 churchs) mostly from 9th to 16th century. Dear guests, if you still haven't chose island of Sipan (close to Dubrovnik) - do it now. *Please pay in cash, because we can't accept credit card!* *Minimum of stay - 5 nights.

I loved this place! If you want relaxation, tranquility and picturesque scenery, then this is the place. Don't bother going if you're looking for lots of activity though. The rooms were simple but clean, the house is gorgeous. I would definately stay there again!

was a little far from the beaches, also the island is impossible to get to after 8pm at night and that was not on the web site

We had a really brilliant time, thank you so much. Just woudl benefit from a fan in the room at night, it was so lovely and hot!
