There are also no... more This place needs some work before it can be a fully functioning pension. At the moment the bedrooms are fully decorated with stuffed toys and honour certificates and it feels a bit like one of the kids has been booted out of their bedroom for the night so that you can stay! There are also no windows in the apartments so the rooms are all very dark. That said, the owners are accommodating and the surrounding area is pretty, they just need to raise the bar a bit for the price per night.close

Great accommodation and very friendly family. The steps too and from the Old Town helped burn off some off the great food we had. The shower with the crazy number of settings alone wasworth the stay.

When you see the map, you think that the apartment is near of the center town, but you can't see the stairs... I don't know the exactly number of stairs, but at least 500... For the rest it's all very good.

The value for money is extremely good especially for the Studio's proximity to the old town. Also, we were provided with a parking space for our scooter (v useful to avoid walking uphill). Overall, staying at Chiquita was a brilliant experience and we can highly recommend it to all travellers.close

Yes, there 264 stairs but we quite enjoyed them as it felt good to have the walk after delicous meals of local fish and also after loving the nightlife until early hours of the morning. We actually had a unique situation where Chiquita was full so we stayed at a nearby place and couldn't have asked for a more perfect place- the family became our pseudo family for the time we were there, felt very at home!close

The appartment is only 10 minutes away walking from the oldtown of Dubrovnik. It's a nice quiet place. Milo and his daughter are very helpful and nice persons. We enjoyed our stay s lot.

Standard sort of room let out in a house affair as is the norm in the area. Enclosed as one unit with a really good shower. Yeh there are alot of steps on the way up but it really isn't that bad. The host are lovely and tried to under charge us in the end! The pick up from the port was an awesome...

It was advertised as being 15 minutes from the old town, however it was up such a steep hill we had to take taxis. The map link on the website didn't work so it was hard to see how far away the room was from the main centre of town. Milo and his family are wonderful. Very welcoming and friendly. The best guesthouse I have stayed at in the 4 weeks I have been in Croatia. The hundreds of thank you letters from past guests on the wall will atest to my comments. I would stay there again in a heartbeat if I make it back to...

As the owners of Chiquita Studio were away for Easter, I was looked after by the owners of Villa Klaic, which was 2 minutes walk away. They made sure that my stay was a lasting memory. The properties are a good 15 minute uphill walk from the old town, but worth it.
