Ok, so it's one of the oldest books in the world. That means you really should make the effort to see it. But you have been forewarned. This is no spectacular attraction that will stir your Celtic roots and make you long for a monastic living. The admission fee is positively Celtic Tiger / Rip... more Ok, so it's one of the oldest books in the world. That means you really should make the effort to see it. But you have been forewarned. This is no spectacular attraction that will stir your Celtic roots and make you long for a monastic living. The admission fee is positively Celtic Tiger / Rip Off Ireland inspired and you will only see one page of the Book. Unless you fancy coming back the next day and paying another admission fee. My advice, see if you can include a visit with a tour around Trinity. Or better still, befriend a Trinity student - past or present - who can bring a guest in for free. Keep that money for the pint in the Student Bar afterwards. You may need your new Trinity pal to get in there too mind...!close
