I was pleasantly surprised by the prices in this relatively new restaurant, which were lower than Brussels prices for food of a similar quality. The chicken wings starter were absolutely fabulous and the crab cakes too were lovely. Main courses are competent and change on a seasonal basis, but surely we should not be expected to understand some of the more la-de-la jargon chefs and food critics tend to come up with. Would you know that "vegetable nage" basically means vegetables sitting in a broth, for example? Neither did two of my companions and they got a dish they really weren't quite expecting. Clearer menus please!close
