This was an old residence. Refurbished in 2000. It was around 20 mins from Dublin. Clean, tidy and nice rooms, However, may not stay again.

They did not receive my booking via the internet, so I had to have a very small room with a shared bathroom, which is not very nice.

An excellent hotel, nothing to complain about regarding the hotel itself. Staff vey friendly and helpful. Good breakfast and nice with the pub/restaurant next door. Immaculately clean. The only thing not so good is the location, walking to city centre is a good 30 - 40 minutes.

A little away from the city centre, but a really nice place to stay in Dublin. Free WiFi, very good breakfast, very kind staff... I will come back

The lasercards / swipe cards to the room hardly worked. We had to change cards once, the first cards we got we have to try 6-7 times before we got the door to light green and open. Annoying.

It was a nice, average hotel. It's not that close to the city center, by the way. Everyone was very nice, and the room was clean, but the facilities were a little shabby around the edges.

The Uppercross house hotel is in a good location to travel by foot or at night by taxi to the city center. It is in close proxmity to many bars and niteclubs, shops and museums. The breakfast is very good and the rooms are nice with a really good shower.

We did have to move rooms mid-stay due to being right next to the door to the bar and underneath the restaurant. This was very noisy but the staff were very helpful and gave us another room no problem and we had a quiet stay from then on.

Cleaning staff very loud (shouting to each other from one room to the next), hard to sleep late in the morning!
