It is about a 30min walk to Temple Bar, and a 20minute car ride to the airport. The neighborhood is safe and the rooms are small, but clean. Low water pressure, but a clean shower. I would stay there again.

The hotel itself was quite good, some of the rooms are a bit small and oddly shaped but more than adequate. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the food in both the restaurant and bar were good. The large group booking was complicated but it became a nightmare when checking out. We were initially overcharged by about 700 euros. Most of this was paid back except for a balance of about 200 euros (which seems unrecoverable at this stage). A disappointing end to an otherwise fine stay at this hotel. Great for individual stays but avoid for large bookings.close

If you want something that you will pay a little but more but is really really nice then go here. It is not far from a near by bus station that will take you anywhere in the city or outside. I would definately suggest this to someone that wants a really nice place to stay. The price was extremely reasonable for what we recieved!!!! Definately a good choice!!!!close

This hotel was a charming Edwardian residence. It was situated in Glasnevin. It would be a home from home type property. Not for me but no issues to report.

The breakfast and bar staff were kind, friendly and very helpful. The receptionist did not have the same qualities.

The hotel is in a great location, everything in walking distance or a short taxi ride away. We sent St. Patty's Day weekend at the Maples House and had a great time. The restuarant and bar were great, the room was on the small side, but perfect if all you want is a place to lay your head.
