Had a wonderful time. Only small problem was that there was building works going on outside our window which was really noisey. Plus we were close to a main road so traffic was noisey too till the early hours of the morning. Loved staying at the University though. Breakfast was fantastic...

I was in the Goldsmith Hall, lacking character in comparison to rooms that are more centraly located on the campus.

I suggest the management go to various hostels and see how it can be done so much better. The cleaners, restaurant staff were very nice- would be very nice to get a warmer feeling at reception poor- however most of the staff were very nice.close

very central in the old city and very clean rooms. But also expensive - 72 euro pr. person pr. night. We got an appartement with 3 rooms and a livingroom and kitchen, and we ordered 2 rooms for 4 people. Very nice indead. WE also had 1 single room for 1 night - old, dark and not nice at all.

I liked the "idea" of staying at Trinity, but the experience was dreadful. Students ran up and down the stairs outside the paper-like walls till way past midnight. I did not expect it to be so bad.close

We went in here to see the Book of Kells. The grounds are fabulous. The sun was shining and we all really loved being in Trinity College.

Not a problem for most, but I was thinking that for a large person (my boyfriend, for instance) it might have been awkward. Fortunately, he was not with me, so no worries! Obviously there's not much more convenient than Trinity College, so location is awesome. Free breakfast is cereal-juice-yogurt-bread-fruit, and a full is available for 4 Euro more if you want. A little note that dragging your wheelie bag over Trinity's cobblestone paths is a chore, but I think it's more than worth it. I'd definately stay here again.close

The room was clean, but resembled NOTHING like the one presented in the photo's. Was nice to have nearby kitchen facilities if needed. The luggage check would have also been a nice luxury upon CHECK OUT as well as upon check in. The room was expensive for the amentiies shared.

The decor and general standard of the room I stayed in at Trinity College were very poor - wallpaper was hanging off the wall! I also didn't feel very secure in the grounds of the college after dark and certainly will not be staying at the College again.

The location is ideal for anyone wanting to get around Dublin quickly. The staff could have been friendly but overall I had a great stay. The housekeeping was excellent they took good care of me. Much cleaner than the hostels in London!

Absolutely worth the price. Fantastic location and it is a gorgeous campus. There is a campus bar as well as numerous pubs right off of the campus. Very secure and the rooms are a decent size with a sink in the sinlge room I had. Very clean. The hop on and off tour bus stops right out front...

I had a wonderful weekend in a beautiful environment. The staff was very friendly. The only problem that I had was to find the accommodation office as I entered the campus area from the east side. You could help the future guests by adding a map or two to other entrances.

I didn't realize that electric plugs in Ireland has 3 pooles. Your reception had no adapter, but gave me a hairdryer. This was very friendly, but nevertheless I had to invest in a adapter. My digital camera needed electricity.
