Eu amei este hostel, se voltar a Dublin com certeza ficarei la! A localizacao eh perfeita, conheci os principais lugares sem pagar onibus, conheci pessoas muito legais por que existe uma area propicia para isso e melhorei meu ingles, mesmo passando apenas 4 dias. Recomendo!

Great location, couldn't have been better situated. The room was nice and very clean. Bathroom was great - shower was amazing. We didn't have a problem with keys, only slight niggle was that the hairdryer in our room didn't work. Free internet available, and breakfast was light but nice. Would...

I got stuck in the bathroom. The bathroom door lock did not work, I had to experiment with the lock for 15 minutes to get out. When out I found a little piece of paper on the OUTSIDE of the door instructing not to lock the bathroom door. Bathrooms should have a lockable door. If the lock is defective, then they should be repaired. And whenever there is a risk of getting locked in a bathroom, much more visible signs are needed and not outside, but inside near the handle of the lock.close

The dorm smelled completely aweful and the ensuite bathroom wasn't clean at all. The staff really wasn't very helpful. If you're just getting drunk a=in Temple Bar and need a place to pass out, here you have it.

I thought Abigail's Hostel was great for the price. I was in a mixed 8 bedroom, and at first I was with all males, but the guys were friendly and fun to talk to. security was kinda a joke. a girl had a guy sneak into the hostel, and they had sex while all of us were in the room - classy. i also had to wait 5 minutes of pressing the buzzer to get inside, which was not fun.

There needs to be a 5 euro deposit on the towels which was annoying but I can see why its in place! also only two computers for internet use - allthough there are several cyber cafe's knocking about.

This night I had a bed here that had no electric power wall socket near, so I couldn't recharge my phone in the night. Otherwise everything was fine. The WiFi worked reliably.

Very nice hostel, clean and spacious rooms. The man on night duty often wouldn't give us our key for about 10 minutes... was a bit odd. anyway rest was fun, great location and rest of staff chatty and friendly.

I enjoyed staying here. The system of handling the room keys is somewhat stupid. If your roommates take the room keys than the late comers will wake you up in the night to get in the room. If the reception runs out of room keys than it doesn't check any more who they are. Theoretically anyone...

Good central location, easy to find from the airport. The key system is a little strange, as there is only one key per room and you can't take it out of the building, but it's not hard to do.

The staff was extremely helpful. Our plane got in really late and they helped us get to our rooms. We also had to wake up really early so they got up early to serve us breakfast an hour early. Its like staying in a hotel. The bathrooms were really clean. I'd stay again! Walking distance from...

Excellent location!!!! Good kitchen. Free WiFi. The breakfast was ok (but hey, it's free :)) The staff was in time very nice, and other not that much... but the most important thing: EXCELLENT LOCATION!!! :)

We were very impressed with the hostel - nicely set out, very clean great location. We did not get a wink of sleep however thanks to two English girls who decided to bring back random strangers to our dorm to have sex and generally be disgustingly loud. Very good location, right next to Temple bar and only a few minutes from really good shopping on Henry St. It welcomed two types of atmospheres, if you wanted loud it could be that and if you wanted quiet it allowed that as well. All in all it was a good stay. There was an unpleasant smell, too, and I was worried of catching a disease from him. Abigel´s staff moved me to an other room next day, which was a good solution. The common room is pleasant, wifi is quick and reliable here. I hated the television being on in the common room, but I kknow many people like it.close

I very much recommend this hostel to everyone! The location is as central as you can get in Dublin, the building is just beside the river liffey, and on the corner to o'connel street.
