Cold and not hot water

We had made our reserve from Arequipa, before traveling to Cusco, and we arrived three hours before the time we thouhgt. When we called the Hostel someone picked up and they were waiting for us, so that saved us from staying at the bus station till 10 o clock. They gave us a room at the entrance,... more We had made our reserve from Arequipa, before traveling to Cusco, and we arrived three hours before the time we thouhgt. When we called the Hostel someone picked up and they were waiting for us, so that saved us from staying at the bus station till 10 o clock. They gave us a room at the entrance, it doesn´t have any windows but the shower is hot and the room service is very good. The breakfast is ok: coca tea, toasts or bread with butter and mermelade, coffee with milk. The location is one of the best things, because is only two blocks from Plaza de Armas so you never get lost. Fernando is the person who is in charge of the Hostel, he treated us lovely and kept our things when we went to Camino del Inca (4 days) and nothing was lost. He is a calm person who help you the best he can. (One tip: 1 block to the left, there is a cafe called Mama Oli: recommended!)close

We were really disappointed with this hostel. When we got there, the lady at reception seemed unaware of the booking we had made through Hostelworld. We also ended up paying more than the price we had booked on Hostelworld.com. I wouldn´t recommend staying here!
