Very close to the train station for Machu Picchu and very friendly staff. I was also picked up for free from the aiport.

Unfortunately, we did not have the pleasure of the Hotel Casablanca because they neglected to pick us up from the airport. We ended up staying elsewhere because we were left needing a ride from the airport. Not very professional.

a good location, just far enough from the place de armas to be quiet. A bit on the expensive side. More suitaable to an older crowd as it is more of a hotel than a hostal.

Very very noisy as it is on the main road. They told me they were going to bring my baggage to the train station and they forgot! I had to call them and I nearly miss the train to Cusco.

I´d like to recommend this Hotel to all travellers. Nice place and staff. Price is not bad for a single room. If you want to go or come back from Machu Pichu, this is the best location. And not far from all interesting places by walking.

Staff is very very very friendly. Close to main square and train station to Machu Pichu. Clean, nice rooms for decent price.

This was a good hostel, however they tried to charge 10%tax which was not advertised on hostelworld. This was dropped when we pointed this out to them !!

We had some trouble with the staff. We reserved 2 rooms with 2 double beds and only got a triple room with a fourth bed pushed in. We had no hot water and they tried to charge us the regular price. We also had to battle with them about getting the deposit we put down through HostelWorld taken...

Excellent service in every way. Rooms were spotless and comfortable. Great location - just off the main square. Staff were first-class; extremely friendly and comfortable. A great hostel.
