Description of Hotel Selandia
The Selandia Hotel is a renovated and comfortable hotel, which is well known for its friendly and personal service. The hotel is situated in central Copenhagen, only 100 meters from the new indoor 'Water World'. It is close to all the main tourist attractions such as the Tivoli Gardens and the Planetarium but it is also near the world's longest pedestrian and shopping street, the City Hall Square, Exhibition /Fair areas and the Central Station The rooms are comfortable and well equipped with trouser press, telephone, radio, satellite TV, soundproof windows and most rooms have private facilities. The reception is at your disposal 24 hours a day with tourist information, car rental, booking of tickets and sightseeing guides. We also provide hot and cold drinks. A good Scandinavian breakfast buffet is served daily between 7am and 10am in the hotel's attractive breakfast restaurant. Here you will find a wide variety of breads, cheeses along with herring, sausages, cereals, and of course tea, coffee, milk and orange juice. Selandia Hotel is centrally located only a few minutes walk from the airport train, tourist information office, most cinemas, and travel agencies. Parking is possible in front of the hotel (a small parking fee to be paid) or in a new indoor car park about 200 metres from the hotel.
