Staff at hotel were very helpful. It is walking distance to the city. But there is not much 2 do around the area. Not so safe at night for a couple of girls traveling 2gether.

Was just acceptable. For the same price we had a little bit better room in Berlin, Rom, London and Paris. The biggest handycap is that the shower and restroom is not in the room!

Location is a 15 minute walk to the ideal parts of the city. Decent place to stay, but the staff really isnt very friendly. No place to leave your stuff after check out at 11am except for in the dining area, which isnt very safe.

The location of Hotel Copenhagen is quite nice and near to the city center. But the cleanliness is lacking in the rooms as well as in the shower and restrooms.

Staff was super friendly and helpful. Very near Metro, and University (if you are going for a conference), plus a 15 min walk to middle of the city. Breakfast is pricier at the hotel than at nearby bakeries and bagel shops. Would stay there again. Hotel is pricey, but good for Copenhagen.

A bit of a walk from Copenhaden centre but probably closer than most. Nice breakfast and they have one free internet terminal.

the blonde woman on the staff was so nice and helpful, its really a very nice place, just round the corner from the tube and quite close to the city centre.

Short walk from downtown. Very nice neighborhood outside of the city center. Kind of smelly/shady hallways but very nice, clean rooms and helpful staff.

Staff wasn't very friendly, no "warm welcome". No room service / cleaning in the morning. Lousy bikes for rent (brakes were broken, no lights, no adjustment of height possible).

It was dirty in the rum with broken beds. Too little room and bathroom was horrible. Otherwise the reception is ok and close to town-that was the main advantage.

Ok, first the positives: staff was kind and the location was good. And now the negatives: Overpriced for what you get. A small room with a dirty sink, no electricity and only lamps above bed working. The toilet in the hall not working properly, shower not working properly. Would not recommend...

The ho(s)tel is in a quiet street, a 10 minutes walk away from the centre and Christianshavn. It's clean and had the cheapest double room we found close to the centre.

Mmm... Copenhagen is a wonderful city... I think that's the best city in Scandinavia... Try that for sure... About the hostel, I have to say I did not like it... But that does not mean it's not OK...

Really great place to stay in a group, when your goal isn't meet people... I will certainly stay there when I go to Kobenhavn in a closed group or with family.

clean hostel overall. staff friendly and helpful. sheets are clean. the 4-bed room was a squeeze, but it is manageable. having a sink in the room was a big plus. would recommend this place to future travellers.

I genuinely would not recommend this "hotel" to other guests. It suffices as a hostel and that is all I could say about this hotel. The rooms are below par to say the least, and cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired.

This place was ok, but our room for three was very tight (all three beds touched each other), though it was clean with nice linen and a basin in the room. Free internet was nice, but often wasn't working.

Quiet, close to the city, small rooms and quite warm but comfortable beds. Close to the city (we hired a bike to get around) and clean. Good
