pillow had blood on it, the whole place was dingy and nasty. You couldn't adjust the temperature of the showers, one shower was scalding hot and the other was freezing cold.

The location of this hostel is very central and very near to Copenhagen central station. Basic facilities and cleannesss of this hostel is very good. Receptionist are very cooperative. They try to satisfy the guest in their best capacity. The price is reasonably good. I would recommend for this...

They charge for lockers, even in the rooms. Very few bathrooms (3 per floor I think?), and there was no hot water when I tried to shower once.

For one or two nights it's ok, but much longer than that would be depressing and frustrating. The lack of cleanliness was an issue- the staff need to do more, more often. Also the common area was very unwelcoming- i think its still being built. A hook or somewhere to put your stuff in the... more

Not a terrible hostel but you definately don't get what you paid for. They will charge you for every little extra: bed sheets, internet, breakfast, non-HI. My room was the size of a toilet and they had cramped three beds in, the door couldn't even open. Porbably wouldn't stay here again.
