I was supposed to stay there, but when I arrived and saw how dirty, mouldy and smelling the room was, I decided against it! In addition the staff didn't speak any other language than Romanian (I've tried English, German and Russian) and it was impossible to communicate.

This is the best deal in Constanta! The staff are so friendly & willing to show you around the place!
