Location was the best part: right in the middle of the pedestrian zone - very close to the Dom as well (less than 5 min. walk). Delicious German breakfast included in the price - very cheap rooms through this agency.

very friendly and helpful staff. delicious breakfast. comfortable rooms with television. excellent location . . . easy to walk to food, nightlife, the river, etc. i really enjoyed my stay.

This place has a perfect city location... right in the heart but it is a noisy area at night with lots of drunks and cars racing by etc... then again it was during world cup time so maybe its not as noisy usually...

Nice place to stay. Right by the Old town and Catherdral and the best shopping stip around. No complaints except the internet isnt free but they make u think it is until u are done.

Hotel Engelbertz is excellent hotel 3 min walk from the dom 3 min, 5 mins to tram or train. Its also very close to the Rhiene for walk visiting chocolate mesuem.

Great location in the middle of the shopping district, friendly staff. breakfast food was average, there were a few quirks like no hook to hold the shower head, no shower curtain, no soap provided. otherwise fine.

This hotel is great. The staff was ever so friendly. 3 euro gets you wireless internet your whole stay, and the rooms were very comfortable. You can't beat staying right in the middle of the city! It was a 10 minute walk from the train station and close to everything. I'd totally come back!

We really appreciated the staff. They were all very friendly and informative. Since we do not speak very much German at all it was a relief to be able to ask questions and get answers.
