A nice, clean and secure YHA hostel. Only problem is there is only one computer for internet & no WIFI. Otherwise definitely recommended. A good option for families.

It looked like a big business to me. The breakfast was way too early and there was a big queue to have it. Staff was rude and didn't look to like it's job and I had to pay to have a city map... It was really secure and I met nice people in there. It was also close to the old town.

We live in 4-bed en-suite, it is huge! with a washroom suitable for disable. Also, breakfast is great!!!!! Strongly recommended!!

The location description of the hostel was very unclear. We're just wondering why they didnt give the direction of the train station location right opposite the hostel rather than the central one which took us almost 25min to find and walk to. its good if you are just looking for a place to stay with a good shower, and its clean and nice and everything. But it is too big of a place to meet anyone, the whole place is very sterile, and it does not have any personality. Its clean, but boring.

I was on Spoga Gafa traid fair, and great thing was location, only 5 minutes walk, also 1 minute walk from train station. Great place to stay.

Our visit was short, but comfortable. It would be very helpful to have a safe place to leave backpacks/luggage on the day of checkout, so we don't have to carry them around. It is like a congress center. Very clean and very efficient. The female staff barks and shouts at you when they respond to your Qs with great energy. Great place to stay at. The worse was having to wake up very early: breakfast only until 9am and check out must be before 9:30am.

This hostel is excellent as in clean,Secure, and efficient it provides all the facilities you need, the caracter is very plain because is very big, train station is just outside the hostel, it was very handy to go to the airport early in the morning. I would stay there agian. Carlos

though it is not in city center of Koln and need to take train to another station (or have a walk), it's within 1 minute walk from the station. hostel is large with 24 hours opened spacious common room and snack bar. Internet is expensive.

The location wasn't too bad. It was more complicated than it should have been. If we would have known just to walk across the huge bridge over the Rhein, we would have gotten there much faster. We had paid for a 4-bed room but finally we slept in a 6-bed room. When we told the reception that there has been a mistake, they told us that 6-bed room are better (!) that is why they gave us one..anyway, good breakfast and good location

Very good!Really liked it!Everything is new, the shower is great, everything is really clean. Good beds, good rooms, great buffet breakfest!They even gave us a "take away" breakfest because we left before the brekfest the last day there!Really nice!!

It's very clean. I have stayed in some 2-star hotel in Paris. But they are not as clean as this Hostel. But one of the male front desks is a little rude.

Didn't really spend much time there, but it was pretty easy to find. We only spent one day in Cologne. The hostel is pretty new, so it was really clean.
