Hotel Kriss was wonderful, the staff could not have been more helpful or kind. The facilities were great and the bar/restaurant/games room below were great for our party of five. We accessed the Cinque Terre easily on the train. Definitely recommend this for families and groups.

We arrived to find there was a "problem with our room" so we'd have to stay in a nearby apartment which was a bit yuck and in which the internet didn't work. No one serviced our room or even offered us fresh towels and the"problem with our room" was never explained or... more We arrived to find there was a "problem with our room" so we'd have to stay in a nearby apartment which was a bit yuck and in which the internet didn't work. No one serviced our room or even offered us fresh towels and the"problem with our room" was never explained or rectified. When we checked out the lady refused to deduct the Hostelworld deposit amount from our bill so it ended up being very expensive because we had to pay the deposit amount twice. Grrrrrrr.close

Everything was clean and new, quiet, lots of space, with a private balcony and a kitchen. Very friendly and helpful staff that make you feel at home. Free internet in the lounge/bar downstairs a bonus.

We were very happy with our stay and found the accommodation fantastic - very clean and good facilities provided. We will definately recommend your place to our friends. Our suggestions - for kitchenette: it would be useful to have an electric jug (water heating) and some cleaning...

Great place to stay, plus having a well stocked kitchen was a great money saver as we cooked for ourselves each night. Great delis just across the road to get fresh ingredients!

This was a great little apartment. It is in a great location in Deiva Marina with only a couple of minute walk to the beach and about 5 minutes to the train station. It makes a great base to explore the Cinque Terra, as well as the Ligurian Coast. There are lots of great little shops to buy... more This was a great little apartment. It is in a great location in Deiva Marina with only a couple of minute walk to the beach and about 5 minutes to the train station. It makes a great base to explore the Cinque Terra, as well as the Ligurian Coast. There are lots of great little shops to buy some good food at in town. The staff are friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend staying here and would do so again.close
