a little cold and the doors didnt lock from the inside and the key for the door works on all the doors but it was a nice little town. if youre really looking for a hike this is the place b/c to get to the main cinque terre hike you have to hike over a gigantic hill

Hostel is a stone's throw away from the beach and Levanto is an excellent place to stay as a base for travelling in Cinque Terra. Basic breakfast and really clean.

Lovely hostel in a lovely town...could suggest that the breakfasts have more to them than a bread roll but other than that a much needed relaxing place to stay!

I loved this hostel. It was so close to the beach and was in a great location to tour cinque terre. I actually preferred Levanto over cinque terre and plan to come back. The hostel would be better if there were mirrors in the rooms so you don't have to wait for the bathroom to get ready. Also,...

I had a great stay. Free wireless was excellent (even extends to restaurant across the street), and the breakfast was a lot more filling than it looked! Would definitely stay again (and I thought the directions were easy! Just follow the signs). Thanks!

I had a very nice stay at this hostel. It was clean and roomy. It had a nice terrace and you dont need a watch in Levanto because there is a bell that rings every fifteen minutes to tell you the time hahaha. Dont worry i stayed there four night and I didnàt go crazy

Clean, easy to get to, and friendly service. Although not actually within a Cinque Terre town, its location in Lavanto made it easy to get to the towns during the day by train. Nice staff and very clean, the private dorm bathrooms

Levanto is a great location outside the Cinque Terre. The hostel is about 10 minutes from the train station, and it is not hard to get into the villages. The hostel was clean, although we could not lock our bags. We also had our own bathroom, which was cool I guess.

Good staff, very clean, reasonable breakfast for a hostel, a good 10-15 minute walk from the station. Highlight--- clean, packaged sheets upon arrival (important because one of my friends had a run-in with bedbugs at another hostel!!!)

The town is 5mins train-ride from Montorosso and has a beach. The room is spacious, clean and tidy. COnsider it takes about 2h30s from Florence or other towns, it is hard to get there before 1pm, thus I gave Staff only40%. Otherwise, it is a good hostel.
