A cozy little place with a kitchen in the apartment style rooms! It was a great value because i felt like i had my own apartment. Also it was just a 3 minute walk from the start of the coastal path and on the main street of riomiaggore.

It was so nice to be in your own apartment, with laundry and full kitchen. The location is amazing, the perfect spot for exploring the coast.

Absolutely excellent place. We were given an ocean view upgrade because the owner is kind, the room was lovely, and Riomaggiore is a stunning and quiet place. Reaching it by 7pm when the office closes is difficult if flying into the country and then taking a train. Allowing to check in until...

It's a pretty basic set-up but the bathroom was big with hot water and it was clean. The Kitchenette was decent too. Location-wise it's perfect -Just be aware that there are no lockers for valuables and that the reception is not always open. Also, as it is Cinque Terre, be prepared to climb a lot of steep stairs with your back-pack!close

This isn't really a hostel as much as an apartment. However, we had a window above the harbor in Riomaggiore, and it was unbelievably beautiful. I felt lucky to be staying in such a beautiful place for so cheap. Definitely stay here.

Had a really great time but my friends who also stayed here were miles up the mountain. Luck of the draw where they put you so arrive early before the weekend starts for a nicer location.

Cinque Terre is fantastic. The offices of the hostel seemed a bit unorganized, unfortunately. It wasn't the best night's sleep but it was cheap and in Cinque Terre proper (which I recommend if you're going to spend a few nights).

Great when you share the flat with like minded people - we had a great 4 nights and met some lovely people and still in contact with them 3 months later. Made up for the average facilities!

this place was a great hostel aside from the fun aspect. the rooms are seperate apartments so its the luck of the draw if you get cool people to hang out with. other then that, the staff was nice and the location is perfect

Fell in love with Cinque Terre and my room. Was in a wonderful spot...stayed in a loft-type room with a huge balcony and view of the water. Wonderful deli right below. Good book exchange. One of my favorite places to stay.

This is not entirely true, because it's only a washer and you have hang your clothes to dry and there were no clothespins that I noticed and it was raining so we still had to do laundry in town.close

Great place to stay. Awesome location. We were in a 7-bed room, kitchen facilities were excellent. Really nice to have free laundry, although the machine takes forever (some girls in our room did one wash that took 3+ hours!). Don't get why the staff insist on keeping your passport for a day...

A bit of a bizarre experience but I did have a fabulous time. Only saw the man once, when I checked in and he showed me to the room. Which was basically a self-contained apartment. Had everything I needed and was in the nicest of the villages. Also met some lovely people there....

The room they put me in was actually a little apartment with a kitchenette and laundry machine. The sleeping room held 8 people. My only complaint was the NASTY bathroom. There is mold on the walls and above the shower and the shower head had no perch so you had to hold it. Be prepared to climd...

The location of our apartment was great, right on the water and close to train and shops. There was no laundry, kitchen or internet facilities.

This place was so great for the price we were paying, had a kitchen, washing machine ensuite and SUCH comfortable beds! A great place to stay if you want to do the hike. Owner was a bit weird, but besides that highly recommend.

All in all a pretty good hostel, perfect if youre planning on making a trip down to do the hike of the 5 towns, certainly not a party hostel as its all pretty much private appartments

When we walked into our room, it was late afternoon and the place was not cleaned, with dirty tissues scattered around the bed which was a bit concerning and a dirty bathroom. It was cleaned up quickly though with an apology. I just hoped they changed the sheets.

Think twice- shower dribbles, drain is blocked, toilet doesn't flush properly and seat is broken (these have been like this for months, still not fixed), room is small and crowded, people from downstairs come in and out to use kitchen and washing machine- door doesn't open.

The best thing about this place is the location. However you do have to put up with a damp/mouldy smell coming from a wall near the bed, and the fact that the bed (and you) are often covered in paint flakes from the ceiling above.
