Be sure you get to Deiva Marina before 9 pm! we missed a train and ended up hiking 3km to the place. Fairly boring and early to be sort of place. Stay in Riamaggiore if you want to hike the trails in the Cinque Terre. Too far away.

There is also a local bus which will take you there from the station which you can buy tickets for at the station or on board, which they don't mention. We also walked from the station - about 2.5kms/30 minutes. Very helpful staff.close

I really enjoyed the time we spent in chinque terre i was suprised at how dirty our cabin was when we arrived. there was no where to get any food from after about 7pm which was a problem. other than that the staff where fantastic and the showers and toilets where very clean.

This is a lovely caravan park, the tents are great and excellent value, however it is a long way from Cinque terre and without a car the train trips add up. Also there is not a lot to do in Deiva Marina. So if you are looking for a place to get away from life, this would be perfect.

If you stay in a tent, make sure you bring your own bag locks, because you can't lock the tents.

It literally was just a trailer park. The tent didn't lock and didn't actually surround the floor so there were always bugs in the tent. The shuttle bus is free but it does not run every half hour and the walk to town takes about 45 min. Overall, we were disappointed with our stay since we paid less in Rome for much better accommodations.close

Quite far from the national park of Cinque Terre but free and regular transport to Deiva Marina train station. Not loads going on at the campsite for young people.

Nice and quiet, but if you are just in Cinque Terre for a short amount time its a bit too far to be from the villages.

The beds were extremely comfortable and the little cabin/tent was perfect for our needs. A quiet campground with very clean facilities / and only a 30 min walk from the train station (though we certainly took advantage of the free shuttle). Only disappointment was no free internet.

Our tent was more of a mini canvas cabin then a tent. it was quite nice, everyone was friendly. it was out of cinque terra but the town itis in has a great beach that isn´t nearly as busy as Cinque terra and it´s really easy to get to the park.

Perfect for family and travellers who want to discover the cinque terre at low prices. But no real atmosphere, everyboby is getting asleep very early and there is no place to have a drink and chat between travellers.

We were a little dissapointed with this booking as we were under the belief we had booked a cabin but it was actually a tent with little space. I think the wording on hostelworld needs to be a little clearer. It was a lovely camping site and great location to visit!

It's camping so don't book there if you don't want to stay in a tent. But I very much enjoyed it. Beds were most comfortable that I slept in in all Europe. Bus came according to times and was easy access to the train station. I would recommend it if wanting to see the Cinque Terre

Staff were rude and only gave you the information that you needed, no extra. The tents are really close together so you can hear everything that is happening all around you all night long. There is no cooking facilities and no where to buy a meal. A small shop sells he necessities.

If you are a camping person, who loves spiders, ants and other lovely creatures, who doesn't really care bout security, who loves long walkings to the civilization and likes listening to the special snoring orchestra from your nearby neighbours..... Well then this is the place for you! Good luck!

the reception is unable to be helpful due to the hours. The reception opens after the first bus shuttle leaves for the train station for those staying for the access to the Cinque Terre Park. Also, my group missed our train to Venice due to mis-information from the staff on early morning buses.

The campsite is about a 15 min bus ride from the train station. They do offer a free shuttle service, but it's limited. The tents don't lock or anything, so it's not the best for leaving your stuff around. They were clean though.

Camping is very nice and clean. It's not that close to the seaside (around 3km), however, there is a shuttle bus running frequently between the camp and center of Deiva Marina. I can strongly reccomend.

We had a twin and it literally was only a tent with two beds and no power what so ever. However, our beds were the most conphy we have had in Europe. Location is pretty good-free shuttle to train-can't beat that! Diva Marina beach is really beautiful at sunset!
