Brilliant hostel, great bar and great atmosphere, located right next to the south gate. We stayed in the basement, room really well furnished but a bit damp and drains smelt a bit too! Tours run from this hostel can be got cheaper at the one next door. Apart from that great.

Hotel itself is good, very clean and good room sized room. Staff are either all or nothing - doormen are great, the rest pretty much can't help with anything other than uneasy smiles of confusion. It looks like an international hotel but can't actually assist with anything, and wanted to...

A delightful place, extremely well located in a charming pedestrian street, with easy access by bus to the train station, and on foot to the airport bus. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Really friendly staff, all facilities you could expect from a good youth hostel. And most important, the atmosphere of calm and relax was great, to quit a little bit the crazyness of Xi'an streets!

I reserved a room from a distance and called the hostel 5 hours ahead to confirm my arrival, so I was very desappointed to find a very cold room upon arrival. Also the toilet paper was not evident to find.

Felt the pictures kind of lied, the rooms were not really that nice, nut for the price we paid it was OK. Difficult that hardly any of the staff member spoke english, and they had trouble finding our reservation that we made through hostelworld.com.. But it all worked out! I do not recommend the...

Staff were very helpful and attentive. Excellent value for maoney. Were able to organise day tours which can prove difficult in Xi`an. Very friendly and good English was spoken. Would definitely stay here again.

Great for the price & just 5 minutes from The Bell & Drum Towers so it's in an excellent location. A lot of the staff spoke English too which made life easier. The only downside was we were in a room that was next/near to an office & with the phone ringing every 2 minutes & the Chinese, who are...

Hotel and travel company were both very good and arranged for train tickets and tours. However, they were late to pick us up for the train and we were forced to take a taxi and nearly missed the train. Despite that, I'd recommend them

Booking through hostelworld seemed like a complete mystery to the hotel staff. Additionally they tried to imply that I hadn't paid the deposit. On the plus side, the rooms are spacious and spotless. It's basically a mid-range hotel.
