Very nice location and the owner is special, but it was dirty and completely old, with broken bathroom. I stayed there just to sleep. Could not stay in my room to relax.

Lovely helpful staff, and really friendly atmosphere. The free use of a washing machine, outside lines to hang it and a quiet street outside were also a bonus. Close proximity to the metro, tourist info office and money cahngers was also good. Only downpoint was the creaky floorboards and noise... more

I did a lot of research while in Chile and this place is the best place to stay by far. The staff are awsome and I have never felt safer travelling. The location is great if you like having the option of leaving the centre and jumping on the metro to go to a sane place for a drink. Highly...
