I guess the room needed some renovation. It was also very noisy. Except that, it was really nice!

Great location and staff. However the room was quite dirty and did not fit the hostel rating. This is a double room ensuite though, the dorms may be different. No fan either. Good common rooms.

really great stay here... we had confidence in cleanliness and felt like valued customers. the house was spacious and catered for every wish (e.g. quiet, noisey, outdoor, etc). a deserved winner for atmosphere.

This place just has quality written all over it. The staff are superb, it is right next to the metro, the WiFi is good even at the top of the building ... overall, worth the price, easily, I would say.

I ENJOYED STAYING AT THE HOSTEL, BECAUSE THE LOCATION WAS EXCLLENT. YOU COULD WALK A FEW BLOCK TO SEVERAL OF THE ATTRACTIONS, AND THE METRO WAS ABOUT 120 FEET FROM THE HOSTEL. THE STAFF, SPECIALLY SEBASTIAN, TONINO AND JESUS MADE ME FEEL AT HOME. WHEN I RETURN TO SANTIAGO, I WILL STAY THERE.

You need to be initiated (have address) to find this place so no stranger can find it. Travellers feel here like at home. Atmosphere is really very unique and nice thanks to the owners. The only problems are level of cleaniliness and that some objects can break any moment like a lock in the door.

The staff (sebastian especially) are excellent. I had my bag stolen from a restaurant and the staff were excellent in assisting me. The breakfast was great!! The rooms were good and I noticed the bathrooms were cleaned twice a day. A really good hostel.

The staff were absolutely lovely and made every effort to help me during my stay in Santiago. Most of the staff were able to speak both English and Spanish (it was a great relief to me that they were able to answer any questions in English) and breakfast was GREAT!

A beautiful home with very kind and helpful hosts. Our double room was fantastic and had a lot of charm, and the outdoor area was great for breakfast or for relaxing. A great hostel, they party hard on the weekend, but are respectful the rest of the time. Both guys, Carlito and Seb are cracking and will work hard to make your stay worthwhile. A real, "my house" feeling. Great propert, cool dog and great DVD collection!

It was a very nice stay! Very comfortable beds and real hot shower! The guests are very gentle too. The location is not the best, but just in front of it there´s a subway (which is a great transportation option at Santiago).

Moai Viajero is the place to stay in Santiago! The rooms are clean and have a bit character, the hostel is diagonally across the street from the subway as well as having great amenities close by.
