Good hostel, good breakfast and services. Only complaint was that dirty sheets were still on my bed when I arrived & had a lot of trouble getting a clean set. Other than that very pleasant place to stay in Chicago!

This is a very tightly run hostel. Clean and efficient. Lacks a bit of character but the beds were decent and it was safe. Plus it was in a great location so I definitely recommend this place.

My friend didnt check out on time so the staff cut his lock and emptied his belongings from the room, which is fair enough, they left my stuff in the room and didnt close the door properly however. One of the showers and the soap dispenser doesn't work properly on floor 4. Other than that a...

Location's very nice.. It's near downtown.. Washroom was clean but there are some bedbug -_-;; I slept on the towel.. But I think it's a good hostel~

it actually exceeded my expectations, with the cleanliness of the room and attached bathroom. however a centre table in the room in the dorm would have been good.

Nice lokation directly in the center of Chicago. Security personel is there 24h and lockers are availiable. The only problem can be that there are not enough showers availiable if the hostel should be full during the summer months.

This was my first hostel and I very enjoied it. compered to my next hostel which was chicago international hostel this was a five start hotel!! I compeletely recommend it to any one. reserve well in advance because it gets sold out soon (i couldn't get my whole stay here).

This hostel is excellently located, just a couple of blocks from the orange train line from Midway airport. There were activities/excursions to do each night, something for everyone.. There was a very useful information desk and the free breakfast waas excellent. The hostel is good over all, especially the location. However, there were some false advertising. Although the hostel website says "FREE WiFi in the lobby," it was not the case. I traveled with my laptop for nothing... We paid for 6 beds room but they placed 8 in the room with only 6 lockers and 2 ladders. I don' think they should charge people higher price if they can't offer what they promised. It's bad business practice. They also shut down the kitchen a night, so I couldn't get my food from the fridge. I ended up buying extra food.close

Communication was inadequate. I had things removed from my locker by staff, who cut the lock, due to a mix up of other guests' bookings. Refund was promised but noone was notified. My watch was lost in the process although I only realised this later.

Lots of stuff going on every day although downtown area is a bit dead at night, but the hostel arranged an awesome pizza night out uptown where its a lot more lively. Quality.

Although this place gets high ratings from me...I have to say....it works...BUT...it's really institutionalized, not cosy or freindly. Too high to the ceiling. Too many people.

We paid for 6 beds female dorm but there were 8 girls in the dorm. There were 4 double bunk beds but only with 2 ladders, causing alot inconvenience. We complained about it to the front desk and the manager, he promised to put new ladders but no action was taken. The beds were mislabelled and...

Really enjoyed my stay here. Rooms and bathrooms were well appointed and clean. The staff were full of suggestions of things to do and where to go. The hostel is very well located right in the Loop within walking distance of virtually all the attractions.
