Mosquitoes in the room -- the only place I saw mosquitoes in Chiang Mai! The staff wouldn't clean your room unless you put the board "please clean the room" on the door, no reminder in advance! The manager is unfriendly but the assistant is quite helpful and cute.

just outside the old city, not far to walk to the main areas/temples. big room that was clean. place was completely dead though! think there were about 4 others staying and because of this the staff were rarely around and not the most elpful. but since it was only used as a place to sleep for us...

Staff are helpful, didnt try any food so cant comment. For value for money, its perfect. Only issue we had was noise coming from a late night club... more

The guesthouse has no characters at all. It is cheap and the rooms are very large with ensuite. Location is not the best, but you can walk to the sunday marked. Our air-con did not work.

It was nice that soon after making the booking online, I recived an email from Panda House asking if I wanted to be picked up from the airport on arrival at no extra charge. A quiet place to stay with no frills.

The people running the place were very helpful indeed - picked us up from the train station (would even have done so from the airport) for free! Hostel is perfectly situated at the top corner of old Chiang Mai. Generous meals. Travel agency facilities were also very helpful. Great for the price...

Room was big. Price was very affordable. Make sure you book any activities you plan to do in Chiang Mai (elephant camp etc)at the hostel instead of with a third party as the hostel will give you a much more affordable quote and arrange transportation for you.

Nice place in Chiang Mai trying to make a name for themselves. This new hostel is walking distance to a lot of things including the night market, the old city, and restaurants and night life. Not sure if this is all the rooms, but the smell of sewage in the bathroom was very unpleasant.
