more the internet but I thought I'd try my luck and I'm so glad I did. The first thing that sold the place to me was the size and quality of the rooms. Compared to anything I'd seen that day (and I'd seen many,shabby and pricey places) it was far superior in quality and price so decided to stay. Fell in love with Chiang Mai so stayed longer and decided to stay where I was as the guest house's monthly prices were so reasonable , the rooms better quality than anything I'd seen and the location was so central. One of the main differences I found compared to any guesthouse I've stayed in Thailand is the people who run the place. Its a family run buisness and I can honestly say you will not meet many more friendly, kind and warm people (and this is in thailand , where you meet so many nice people) especially in a guesthouse. After meeting more travellers and hearing their horror stories about other guest houses and the prices being charged I'am so glad I stayed here. Staying somewhere clean, co
