We did fell like it was more of a guest house though as the 'guest kitchen' was actually her own and we were cooking our dinner while she was giving an English Lesson there! Skippy was really great though and organised our taxi from the train station (which by the way was double what she said it would be) and our bus to Austria. Would recommend but probably be better in the summer when it is busy.close

Nice little place, clean & simple. Kitchen is good. The best bit is the outside decking area with table/chairs, with a perfect view over the water.

One of my favourite hostels. It is very different from the others, is like being in your own house. You can eat next to the river. If I returned to Cesy Krumlov I would stay here.

This hostel has more character than any place I have ever been to! Tres cool. The sense of home makes up for the fact there is no lockers. Beautiful terrace looking out on to the river. Mwa!

The owner of the shop is really nice. The rooms are big and clean. The environment is very nice and relaxing. It is a good hostel although it is not really very near to the town centre.

This is a lovely hostel. Perfect for relaxing. The owners are sweet and respectful and happy to help you find whatever kind of distraction you are looking for. Great river views. If you are travelling in a pair get the double room. Very romantic.

This hostel is more like a home than a hostel, it was great to sit on the deck facing the river and meet the other guests. It was far enough out of the town to be pretty quiet but close enough to walk everywhere. My favourite hostel I've encountered so far...

adorable hostel. really funky. staff was super friendly. amazing terrace in the back that looked out on the river. kitchen was fully stocked. only drawback was one shower for around 20 people. and the absence of a shower curtain was a little non-optimal as well.

Hostel Skippy is a really small hostel perfect for a relaxing few nights. I wouldn't recommend it for anyone looking to party, but Cesky Krumlov is not exactly a party town so the hostel suited the surroundings. It has a really homey feel about it emphasised by the dogs and guitars. Great hostel,...
