I think one should spend maximum 1 day in Casablanca, not much to see, no cute squares without traffic. Only real sight seeing is the Mosque. Rabat and Marrakech are nicer to visit and why not try the luxury hotel l\'Amphitrite on the coast with private beach?

Despite -- of because of -- the lack of tourists here, Casa (as it is affectionately known to the locals and the more pretentious visitors) is actually quite a cool little place to hang out, sip sugary mint tea on terraces and watch the locals in their native habitat.

It's a bit of culture shock, espicially if you are only traveling with girls. I would reccomend going to Casablanca for a day and seeing the mosque and old medina for the market. Also visiting the beach is nice, but other than that it's kind of dirty and sketch place.

The city is a little bit dirty and smelly in places, but it has tons of character. Great prices for food, souvenirs, etc. The Hassan II mosque is really cool, even going to the cheesy Rick's Cafe was fun.
