Avlon House Bed and Breakfast 100%
It is a very nice Bed and Breakfast. I will recommend to go to Carlow and to stay in Avlon House for a quiet weekend! It deserves to stay there! The breakfast is delicious.

Laburnum Lodge 88%
A nice suburban house in the middle of nowhere. Unfortunately the surrounding area had only one mediocre pub offering an evening meal.

4We stayed in many Bed and Breakfasts during our tour of Ireland. This was definitely one of the better ones .... good value for the money, friendly helpful staff and great food.

Cobden s Wine Bar100%
This is Carlow's only wine bar, and it's so relaxing to hang out in. They have interesting organic wines from around €6 a glass to champagnes that cost thousands a bottle. The place is candlelit and always has some good jazz music playing in the background. The decking area is surrounded by trees, and looks lovely on a mild summer night. Cobdens serves...
