brilliant hostel. really clean, and the staff are really helpful. having proper bathrooms was also a pleasent surprise instead of having the usual row of showers. would definatly stay there again.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the overall quality of the accomadations were superb! I have stayed in hostels all over Europe and this one ranks at the top of the list! I highly recomend seeing this great city and staying in The RiverHouse Backpackers Hostel.

My boyfriend and I stayed at the Riverhouse Backpackers in Cardiff and we both enjoyed ourselves very much. The hostel is in a great location and the staff is extremely nice and very helpful. This hostel was very clean and I felt very safe staying there. Definitely would recommend it to anyone...

Riverhouse was a great hostel. Overall, it exceeded my expectations in every way. The folks that run it are very helpful and friendly, and on average, the other guests were as well. I got there at 3:30 AM!! for the enginering problem of train~, but the reception is so nice and treated me very well. The room and bath room are clean. Breakfast is nice and there is a beautiful yard. If I went Cardiff next time, I still will choose there.

Actually we stayed 1 day at The Riverhouse, but we are very happy with the staff and their attention.Also it was new-brand hostel and cleanliness was at the top level..

I read great reviews about the hostel and was eager to try it. This place is super clean and friendly feeling, the siblings thought of everything a backpacker might need in a hostel and made sure to include it all in the accommodation. Stay here and you wont be disappointed!

This is a jewel in Cardiff. I have never felt so safe and at home in a hostel. It truly was a great experience. Abi, Charlie and their Mom were so helpful and welcoming i didnt want to leave! All new and modern facilities with a remarkable cozy home feel made it a very pleasent stay.

didnt spend mutch time here alot to do in cardiff but the staff couldnt do enuff for you if i had to piont out my only bad piont it was that a geriatric named madonna is coming to town and closed the stadium for 20somthing days so she could do her thing but what could the staff do about that...

wonderful place,wonderful memory,the location is quite good,less than 10 minuts for castle and shopping center, the stuff is verrrry nice there,i love the kitchen and garden there,the shared washing room is much better than i expected.

The Riverhouse Backpackers was an excellent place to stay. The staff were super friendly and helpful - always willing to offer ideas for places to see and convienient ways of getting around. I'm really glad I stayed with them.

We loved staying here and would gladly do so again! Breakfast was good and the timing was excellent (serving till 10am!) Amazing Staff! Really made an effort to find out what we wanted out of our stay and did the best to try and give it to us. Awsome clean rooms, multiple bathrooms, completly new kitchen and porch. Loved it.
