   Having just came down from Table Mountain and with a rugby match between The Spring Boks and Ozzies to try and catch we came across this pub located on the V&A Waterfront. The beer was good, cheap... more Having just came down from Table Mountain and with a rugby match between The Spring Boks and Ozzies to try and catch we came across this pub located on the V&A Waterfront. It was showing the match on many screens and there was a good tamosphere with lots of locals there. The beer was good, cheap and from Africa. They also do a really extensive bar menu which we had calamari (they dont do it any better anywhere else in the world) and an ostrich burger. the grand total for 2 was 130 rand, about €16.close

   The Green Dolphin is one of the best places to go and listen to jazz on the cape and also serves up some really good cocktails too! They have a fine sized restauarant that stretches all the way out back and depending where you sit porximity to the music you will pay a small surcharge. They have a fine sized restauarant that stretches all the way out back and depending where you sit porximity to the music you will pay a small surcharge. They say that they are " South Africa's only centre devoted seriously to the performance of hat finest of all man's melodic creations - jazz." And I couldnt aregue with that!close
