Great stay at Penthouse, staff are excellent and will do anything to help you out. Right in the heart of Long Street, but quiet for a good nights sleep. Would highly reccommend.

Owners are wonderful! Such a nice stay there. Great bar, kitchen area, rooms are really fresh and new. They offer loads of tours and know loads about the area. thanks Noeline again for making our 8 days in Cape Town amazing and insisting on taking us to Cape Point as it was the best. Roxanne :)

Run by a nice mother/two sons family--they gave me a free ride to Table Mountain when I wanted to go. The interior decoration/painting on the walls is fun, the location great.

This is the best hostel I've ever stayed in, and I have been in a lot of hostels! The rooms are clean, the people are friendly, the bar is cheap, and the roof garden is awesome. Dorms are good, but the rooms are fantastic. The venue's accommodation is immaculate(VERY CLEAN, the showers, the rooms both private and dorms), the cleaning staff are great and the place is warm and friendly...To Noelline,Clinton,Jayson,Ria and not forgetting BJ...A HUGE THUMBS UP TO YOU ALL for allowing me the the opportunity of being on Vacation which at times felt like HOME...To any travellers out there make this your FIRST STOP...You will not regret it...Kop Khun Kap (Thai for Thank You Very Much!)...Michael Wayneclose

It's very close to everything and quiet (much better than our other accommodation on Long Street). It has great atmosphere and wonderful owners. The owners, Noelline and her sons (18 and 22) will help you have whatever type of fun you'd like to have in Capetown. They are very nice, honest people and very responsive. We HIGHLY recommend staying here. It was one of our best experiences in the 5 months we've been travelling!close
