The room was nice and clean, but kinchen not at all. The hostel is located on the hill slope so it ia s bit excercise to walk up and down from the room to the toilet/car/kitchen

We have stayed at several "Chill & Surfy" type of places before, but none that is 40 minutes from the beach... So, you need a car - even though the owner can transport you for a nominal fee to different places. Their web site didn't say it was on the beach, but the name and the fact that the guide books didn't say otherwise fooled us. Other than that: a good-humored place with a great, "one-person staff", friendly and some good bar evenings. Bed sheets and toilets are clean, which is the most important, kitchen and other places lees clean.close

Very nice place to be a definate recommendation for every traveller. The only problem is that it's 25 km out of Cape Town, but when you have a car that's no problem. When you are a surfer or you just wanna relax and party than Chill and Surf is 100 % definately the place to be..... Awesome....
