Ashby Manor guest house is a beautiful large self catering Victorian home in the exclusive area of Fresnaye beneath the Lion's Head mountain in Seapoint. Some of the rooms have lead onto wrap around balconies with stunning views of Sea Point and the Ocean. There is a fully equipped kitchen and a large sunny dining room for the communal use of guests. Each bedroom has a bar fridge and a lock up cupboard in the kitchen for their personal provisions. All rooms are attractively furnished, comfortable and are reputed for our high standard of cleanliness.

A little cold in the rooms upon arrival, would have been nice to enter a warm room.Other than that it was nice ,quiet,clean and close to shoppingmall.Very nice and helpful staff.Will stay there again if possible.
