Rumour has it theres 365 pubs in Canterbury (1 for every day of the year) and there are certainly loads of pubs around. Beautiful gardents, the cathedral, close to the seaside, the little river, shopping, eating, drinking, history, culture you will find it all in Canterbury. Being close to London and the continent you are never far away from your next journey and being in the South East of England, the weather is gorgeous in the spring and summer time.close

– posted on Aug 2008 24Everything you'd want in a hostel. Decent location, friendly staff, activities laid on and would be good for couples or individuals as its the right size (not bursting with loud music and parties but there is life here)!

– posted on Aug 2006 1a nice place. the showers were sort of grotty (and there were moths, urg) but otherwise ok. and breakfast was great - much better than the standard toast and cereal affair most hostel offer.
