I was there for 4 months 'studying' on Eurasmus as it was excellent, but I'm not sure you'd want to go there over other places in France for a holiday. If you like your history there are plenty of things to see. The castle of William the Conquerer is here, still in good shape too. There are also plenty of war museums and memorials around Caen and the immediate area ... not to mention the Bayeux for all you tapestry fans!close
