Sofia is the capital of Bulgaria and a fascinating, beautiful city. As it is one of the oldest cities in Europe, it's filled with historical attractions. This city is home to many museums and churches, and all of its main sights can be seen within walking distance of the city centre. Two of the most famous museums are the Lyutov House and Oslekov House. Another great place to check out is the Sts. Cyril and Methodius National Library, which is home to the largest national book collection. The three most famous churches are the Church of St George, the church of St Sophia and the Alexander Nevsky Cathedral. The Largo, an architectural complex in downtown Sofia is also a fantastic spot to visit. Boutiques and bargains are what shopping in this city is all about, with a variety of shopping streets and local designs. If you want to try traditional Bulgarian food there are plenty of restaurants to choose from here, with a great selection of international eateries too. There are a number of vibrant nightclubs and trendy bars dotted throughout the city, with theatre, opera and dance performances also offered.

Art Hostel-Usually We Spend Our Time In The Garden- The Guardian: The Art Hostel is as much a cultural hub as it is a bed for the night. With a Parisian mentality and a Russian thirst for liquor, this is a base for the confused protagonists of Sofia's subculture.
