really nice hostel, wonderful people, a lot of long-term-living people. No windows in the rooms. But anyway, a great place to stay for getting to know a different barrio of Buenos Aires.

Hostel is on Buedo which is on the purple Subte line. It´s quite a ride to get up the greenline to Palermo, for example. Yet the area is quite and has a nice local feel to it. Post office right next door and grocery store accross the street.

Nice, spacious and clean hostel, good kitchen and calm atmosphere some staff more helpful than others, friendly cleaner. Much further out of town than indicated on hostelworld map, about 15-20 blocks, 15- 20 minute taxi ride away from anywhere near centre.

Stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed it very much. Supermarket across the road sells cheap beers and everything else you could want. Location is bit outside the city but depending on what you like this could also be a plus. Really pleasant and relaxed atmosphere.

The Hostel have some problems. The walls are too thin, wich makes us hear everything thats is sayd. Sometimes it`s impossible to sleep at night with the noise of other people. And it`s incredible dirty.

The staff here are fantastic. They help you as much as they can, just ask. There are tango classes just around the corner and is away from the center, so it is safe and quiet. They even have a band play there in the hostel on Sunday night. When I was there there was a blues band. Really cool!

Located in off-the-beaten path, yet accessible Boedo neighborhood, this hostel is a gem. Don't be fooled that this hostel isn't in the CENTER of things, that is its particular charm. Its services impeccable, its location in an up-and-coming bohemian gentrifying barrio, peppered with historic cafes and new artesian bakeries alike. This neighborhood feels real, lived in, and entirely off of the Lonely Planet radar. This hostel has an open galley layout, with exterior entrances to all of the rooms, ample bathrooms, and a low level of noise. We were there during Carneval, directly outside, and slept like bricks. Mark this one, it's a keeper.close

The place is very cleen and the staff is nice and helpful. The surruonding area is also nice and you can find most things just outside the door including the subway/underground. The rooms are cool which is good in the summerheat. Because its not open to the street, its also very quiet.
