A really homely place to stay, with great facilities and staff. Great to get away from the sometimes hectic life of travelling, in a welcoming environment. A great place to stay, I will be going back!!

They have A/C but they will only turn it on during summer months, even though the temperature was 30C. We ended up paying $30 pesos a night to use the a/c. I don't mind that policy how ever this is poor advertisment. I was also disappointed with the knowledge of the hostel staff. They did try many times to help us however it was more a waste of our time to ask. I don't think I would stay at this hostel again for numerous reasons. I feel I could have found a little nicer area to stay in with a little more character, with a more helpful staff. I have stayed in a lot of hostels and this hostel was my first let down :( I also lost my camera and emailed them to see if it had been turned in and they couldn't even write me back to say yes or no.close

A really good hostel to spend time in.Very clean, it's all new and not expensive for Buenos Aires. We stay here for 2 nights and it was the best hostel we did in Argentina. we loved the way Raul says "c'est pas possible" in french.

I would just 3 dayd in BA but I spent 10 days just for the hostels and the vibes I felt there, staff helpfoul. For the cleanless it can compete with a surgery room. It one of the best where I have been to.

The hostel is good but they have strange rules. when you arrive, you need to pay 20$ per person as guarantee on top of the amount due. For private rooms, they clean the bathroom but do not the beds. For breakfat, don not expect medialunas but crackers and jam. A bit far from the center.

Can´t rate the hostel any better, have stayed here twice now and would happily stay again. Brand new with excellent facilities, superb staff esp Raul who knows how to keep people entertained. Have even been taken to play 5 a side football! Recommend a stay here for sure.

Cute hostel but unfriendly staff... felt like everything we did was criticized by Raul. He didn't seem to like to give advice until after we had made a decision, only to tell us that we had made the wrong choice. We ended up switching to Palermo House after a few days and found their staff much...

Great location in San Telmo, within walking distance to the tango bars and great restaurants, subway etc. A fun atmosphere but not too outrageous (i.e. ppl keen to go out but not raging around the hostel until 4am so you actually can sleep if you want to!). Met some great people and loved it...
