Our centrally located first class apartment hotel is an excellent choice for those who travel on business or leisure. All apartments are new in a brand new building located in the heart of the city in a quiet street behind the State Opera House. We have 12 apartments in the same building, which makes bigger families or a party of friends able to rent more apartments close to each other. Apartment types: two roomed (one bedroom and living room, max 4 pax), studio (one room, max 3 pax) All apartments have a big living room and a bedroom (except studio) with a king size bed, wardrobe on 62 m2. The sitting room has a sofa - can be opened as a double bed. In this way one apartment can sleep 4 people plus one person on an extra bed. Kitchen: -Microwave, fridge, hot plate with oven, toaster, electric kettle, glass and chinaware, cutlery sets, dishes Bathroom: -washing machine, -hair dryer, -iron and ironing board, bath tub with shower, towels, Room: -TV with international chanels, -WiFi Internet, DVD player, smoking table, wardrobe, king size bed, extra bed available, night table, standing lamp, all the beddings, Comfort: Elevator, Balcony, Terrace, Laundry possibility, Central location, nearby public transport, fully furnished and equipped Residence. Parking Facilitity: Garage underneath the apartment house. Fee: 13 EUR/car/night. From the garage you can get to your apartment directly by an elevator.
