Really nice hotel but it's on a main road and you have to get the bus into town. Staff were great and twin rooms were a good size.

4Nice hotel with nice staff. A little far from the centre but it is accessable with the local bus or tram network. We did walk to castle hill and from there into town but it is a bit of a trek. We left Budapest by train. You can catch the tram from outside the hotel which connects to the metro...

24This is a 4 star hotel, not a hostel for backpackers. Lovely if you want to relax and unwind. Not lovely is you want easy access to town and a social life. Very much a business man hotel.

3The Hotel Mediterran is a nice place. Great facilities, and the staff is very nice after you interact with them a few times. The location is pretty bad, you have to walk 2 km to the nearest Metro, take a bus or a tram, or a taxi. Even still, for comfort at a low price, this is the place to go.
