This is best hostel in Budapest for couples with very helpful staff and spacious rooms. The location is central and the rooms are clean. Direct opposite to the National museum. We had a gr8 time here.......

Fantastic hostel. Perfect for a traveling couple. The only minus was the shower had no curtain and the temp was hard to control, but that is clearly overlookable considering how much we enjoyed our stay.

It was a little bit on the loud side, but not too bad. It would be nice if there was better sound proofing and if the doors were oiled so that they wouldn^'t squeak so loudly!

It was a really pleasant stay. Very calm, relaxing and very interesting interior...Ideal for couples, very convenient position...Would recommend it to everybody who wants a quiet and nice place with his girlfriend:)))

The best hostel of the whole trip!!!!! The staff were very very nice! Very good location! Very clean! Nice atmosphere. Only 6 rooms. Bathrooms were very clean. Bedrooms were great! Flexible with times. Free internet. Good breakfast and groceries stores very near by. I'll stay there again when I...

this place is wicked. the staff are so friendly and it feels really like home. our room was huge, with a huge flat screened tv nd our own bathroom. i had my camera stolen at the baths so be careful.

Wow - what a great place! Massive room, great location, helpful staff - a perfect base for a Budapest weekend. Don't expect a party and you won't be disappointed. Ask for the massage chair!

WE had a really good time in Lavender Circus. Judith was very helpful and recommended it a lot of things. Mostly international couples, unique style,just a bit noisy in the rooms towards the street. We will come back.

One of our favourite hostels on our European tour! feels like home. Very quiet and couple orientated. Lots of room and space for everyone. Staff incredibly nice and friendly.

I stayed here with my Dad twice on two different occasions... they mention that its more for couples or the like... and its true... A nice break from the typical hostel life. Excellent location close to the center. Our hosts Adam and Judith were very nice and always looking to help. The rooms are huge and the hostel has an inner terrace . It's more of a couple oriented hostel and pretty quiet, although there are lots of pubs in 5 minutes walking distance.

Would definitely recommend this Hostel. Possibly more suitable for couples but by no means exclusively for couples. The guy who runs it is an artist and all the rooms are designed by him. Not far from the center of town and good value for money. Could possibly do with more bathrooms but asides...

I spent 3 nights at the Lavender. I've found it very good for a person or a couple. It's clean, quite and safe. Adam is very friendly. I enjoyed my days at the hostel.

This is a nice clean hostel with big rooms. The directions are spot on down to a tee. Adam is really friendly and will help with anything you need. Sziget festival is excellent!!!!!!!

Only a hostel in price - our room was amazing and absolutely HUGE; the communal areas were spectacularly decorated and full of charm. By far the best place we've stayed across Europe. Would thoroughly recommend!
