It's a very nice hostel and the location is very central. From my balcony I could see the Jewish Synagogue. The staff is very friendly and helpfull. I was here for two nights with three friends, and it felt like our own home. We had a shared kitchen and a shared livingroom. I was here for two nights with three friends, and it felt like our own home. We had a shared kitchen and a shared livingroom. Everything looked nice, cosy and was clean. The metrostation is only 2 minutes from the hostel. I can really recommend this place!close

One of the best places we've stayed, felt like home, small place - only three rooms and more like an apartment. Free internet was a bonus, and staff very helpful. Definitely would recommend to all!

this is a GREAT hostel to stay at. Fairly new, everything is superclean and the staff is so eager to help with whatever questions/concerns you may have. A couple minute walk from the cental metro station where all the lines meet. We hope to be back.

This place is amazing! you have to stay here! ...its like having a luxury apartment to live in! ...probally the best hostel that i have ever stayed in and ive stayed in alot!

The best place to stay in Budapest! It was exceptionally clean and comfortable, there is lots of space for all the guests, comfy beds and lots of room to cook and relax. Judit, the owner is really helpful and there are loads of useful guidebooks and maps in the hostel. It couldn't be better!

this place was really nice! the location is perfect, which matters a lot if you have only 1,5 days... the staff was amazingly friendly and helpful with everything we asked for. the hostel is clean and decorated with taste. i would recommend!

We were more than satisfied with everything, the hostel is clean and nice, the staff are very friendly and always willing to help. You cannot ask for better location, and with the amazing buildings and monuments around it felt like you were part of Budapest's history...

One of the best hostels I've ever stayed in. Not a party place, but it is perfect if you'd rather have a quiet room to chill out. Clean and cozy with a welcoming atmosphere. The staff were great, willing to help you with anything you need or suggesting places to go out.

We had a great time and this hidden jewel of Budapest. I strongly recommend Downtown Oasis, I had an amazing time there, it was very cozy and comfortable, like a home away from home.

I've never seen such a beautiful hostel in my life! It's like having your own appartment in the middle of Budapest and the staff treats you unbelievably kind. Furthermore, the rooms and the rest of the hostel is very clean and nicely decorated. This hostel is definitely a must, I just can't say...

This is a fantastic hostel! I loved my stay there. The owner is incredibly warm and helpful, the location couldn't be better, and the flat is absolutely beautiful, with everything you need. I couldn't have asked for a better place.

A wonderful, clean place to stay with excellent location. The staff was very helpful offering suggestions and allowing us to keep our luggage there for an extra day. We higly reccommend it!

The best budget place I've stayed at so far. We had the street front room which was a bit noisy at night but the huge windows and awesome view made up for it. There's an unbelievable abundance of entertainment spots around and you can just walk home at night.

Lovely place! Staff were very helpful and had plenty of excellent advice on local activities. Location is perfect in the middle of it all! Will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Hungary.
